Your recordings and data are stored on secure servers in the EU. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Only you and those you choose to share with can access your memories.

Your Rights

• Export — Download all your data (audio + transcripts) anytime
• Delete — Request complete deletion of your account and all recordings
• Access — Request a copy of all data we have about you

Third-Party Services

We use trusted services to provide our product:

• ElevenLabs — for voice AI and transcription
• OpenAI — for generating summaries and follow-up questions

These services process your audio to provide transcription and AI features. They are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.
