Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Warm Echoes. If it's not the right fit, here's how refunds work.

Full Refund

If your storyteller hasn't started recording yet, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

Partial Refund

If your storyteller has started recording but you're not satisfied with the experience, contact us within 30 days. We'll review the situation and offer a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or additional support to improve the experience.

After 30 Days

After 30 days, we generally cannot offer refunds. However, if something has gone genuinely wrong, please reach out. We'll always try to make it right.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email memories@warmechoes.com with your purchase email
  • We'll respond within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

What Happens to the Data

If you receive a full refund, we'll delete the storyteller's account and all associated data (recordings, transcripts, Memory Page) within 7 days, unless you ask us to keep it. If you received a partial refund, your data stays unless you request deletion.
