These terms apply when you purchase or use Warm Echoes. We kept them short and human-readable because we believe you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand what you're agreeing to.
Warm Echoes is a voice memoir service. An AI interviewer guides your storyteller through conversations about their life. We record, transcribe, and organize those stories into a printed memoir book and a digital Memory Page.
You can try Warm Echoes free for 7 days. During the trial you get full access to the AI interviewer, transcription, and your Memory Page. No credit card required. After 7 days, you can upgrade to a Memory Pack to keep recording, or your trial ends with no charge.

Your stories belong to you. Specifically:
Our interviewer is powered by AI. It asks questions, listens, and follows up, but it never invents stories or adds details that weren't shared by the storyteller. The AI facilitates the conversation; every word in the final memoir comes from the person who told the story.
We aim to keep Warm Echoes available around the clock, but we're a small team and occasional downtime may happen. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, but we do guarantee that your recordings and data are safe even during outages.
Warm Echoes is provided as-is. We do our best to deliver a meaningful memoir experience, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service ($99).
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date below. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
